The 2019 Assessment Summaries have been mailed. This document includes the details of the 2019 assessments. The Assessment Summary is not an invoice. The first invoice will be sent on March 1st, with a due date of March 31st. The March invoice will be the 1st quarter invoice. Many of you prefer to pay the year in full. Please review the Assessment Summary for you full year balance. Paying in full up front is a good way to avoid forgetting about a quarterly payment and getting charged an annoying late fee.
There are a few changes in 2019 from 2018. First, the 2019 assessments include a 2% increase in the Building, Equipment, and Grounds special assessment. The 2% increase was approved as part of the approved motion for the Building, Equipment, and Grounds special assessment.
The second change is that there will no longer be a charge for paper billing. In the past, your summary included a $10.00 charge. Your board of trustees has agreed to remove this charge and put $10.00 back in your wallet.
Third, some of you will notice a credit on your summary. This is a new item that we wanted to include. For those that pay in full, please be sure to double check your summary for a credit before you submit your payment.
