This post is to provide clarification on a few questions that I have received pertaining to the renewal/rental process.
Your renewal invoice will be auto-paid if you are currently set up for auto-pay.
You are not required to submit a rental form if you are renewing. We will be invoicing based on the 2022 rentals. If you are not planning to renew, please let the office know prior to March 1. We will void the renewal invoice.
New renters for boat slips and storage spaces are required to submit a rental form to the office. You will not be included in the new rental lottery if a form is not submitted by the due date stated in the rental document.
