Please note that your account must be in good standing for your boat slip to be renewed. If you have a balance over 60 days, we will not issue the renewal invoice for your dock. The same applies to storage lots. This includes unpaid enforcement assessments from past violations, unpaid late fees, or unpaid association dues. If your December 2023 assessments are unpaid, your account will be 60 days past due on March 1.
If an account stays in “not good standing” status through the renewal deadline, the slip will enter the new renter lottery.
For those who rented a slip in 2023, and have an account in good standing on March 1, your renewal invoice will be emailed to you.
If you do not plan to renew your slip, please let us know at the office. We will void the invoice.
Renewal renters only need to turn in an application if they plan to relocate.
New Renters: The application will be made available beginning February 29th. We will email out a copy of the application, include a copy in the March Peace Pipe, and have copies at the office. The deadline to submit the application will be March 15th.
