Note:
A vote will be needed to approve the proposed constitutional changes.  The attached document includes the proposed changes.  The items in yellow are additions.  The items in blue will be removed if the revisions are approved.  

The meeting minutes from the last Property Owner’s Meeting, in which we had a quorum, are included in the June Peace Pipe.

Over the next few weeks, the BOT will be requesting you to share your knowledge by joining a committee.

This week the board is looking for a few people to join a Live Streaming committee. This committee will be tasked to research various options, pro/cons, in meeting functionality, and other key items with streaming of meetings.

If you have a background with hosting or participating in live streaming of meetings, please consider assisting this committee by volunteering your time.

The CLPOA BOT will award open positions to candidates during the March 9th CLPOA BOT meeting.

CLPOA & CU Leadership Teams

We send a special thank you to Christine Cooney, Bill Laney, and Dave Wheatley for volunteering their time to be a member of the community leadership team for the past 3 years. Last week ended their current tenure on the board. Their contributions have been key in the continued success of the CLPOA business.

As with every year, we welcome a new board of trustees. Marty Ditello, Kathi Platter, Sener Calis, and Scott Kutzley were all elected by the community to join the CLPOA board.

During the February board meeting, the new board voted who would fill the officer roles.
