17A – USE OF WATERCRAFT ON CHOCTAW LAKE
A. Compliance with Water Safety Laws and Rules:
(7) Property owners are responsible for the behavior of all family members and guests while enjoying the use of Choctaw Lake.
This means that you agreed to educate your family and friends about safe boating and the lake rules. Any enforcement assessment due to a violation by a guest is applied to the property owner.
