This post is to review options for paying your CLPOA Dues. We are striving to continue to provide multiple options to allow you to use what works best for you.
If you are looking for a “set it and forget it” option; a reoccurring payment option may be your answer. Click the link below for info on how to utilize that option:
To pay online, you must be set up for email billing. Once set up, your detailed invoice will be emailed with a link to access the online payment option. *If your account is delinquent you will not receive the pay link* and would like to move to electric, give Carla or Casi a call! 740-852-2593
(Note: Currently customers with email billing are getting two emails for payments. One is $6.25 and the second is $281.88. The $6.25 is for the membership fee and the $281.88 is for the dues and assessments. Together this equals your normal quarterly payment of $288.13 We are working to set up Quick books to send these two invoices in one email. Both do need to be paid. If you decide to pay your email invoice by check, you can pay with one check. You do not need to have a separate check for each membership and dues invoice. Any day at any time, you can drop off payment in the lock box located at the front door of the lodge office.
Cash & Checks:
Cash and checks can submitted to our office during business hours. The office is open 8AM-7PM on Mondays, and 8AM-4PM Tuesday – Friday. You can also mail in payments.
Cards can be swiped at the office with no convenience charge. Credit Card payments can be processed over the phone with a 4% convenience charge.
