MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY (Effective August 14, 2018)
Property owners shall maintain the exterior elements on their lot(s) in a manner, or standard, that reflects favorably on the neighborhood and doesn’t negatively impact property values.
(1) Property owners shall not permit any item to remain on their lot(s), which is so unsightly,
deteriorated, or rusted, as to constitute, in the opinion of the Property Manager, an eyesore.
(2) No trash, debris, or discarded material, which creates an eyesore, hazard, or nuisance to the
neighborhood shall be permitted to accumulate on any lot.
(3) The exterior of all structures (including houses, garages, sheds, boathouses, gazebos, and pergolas)
shall be maintained in a condition that doesn’t detract from the neighborhood.
(4) Driveways, whether concrete, asphalt or gravel, shall not be allowed to fall in disrepair. Repairs
should be made as needed, and weeds shall be kept under control. Owners of lot(s) with gravel driveways
shall maintain their driveway free of ruts and/or mud that would constitute an eyesore, and/or allow dirt
to track out on the roadway.
