Good Morning,
I will be finishing up the community wide inspections this morning.(Thursday morning). The only area left is the lake frontages. I will be doing that on the work boat. All inspections from land have been completed.
Thirty-five letters have been created. This is the lowest amount of any of the announced community inspections performed over the past 3 years. All letters will be mailed out this week. You will receive your inspection letter via email if you are set up for email billing.
Thank you everyone for your efforts. I noticed it. I can see why so many like to walk the community. There are so many nice landscapes; all with their own characteristics. Many of you know that my background is in horticulture. Closely viewing all the landscapes was definitely my favorite part of this process. I even had the opportunity to talk to a few residents about their landscaping ideas!
