Based on the Ohio Department of Health’s Covid-19 related Stay At Home Order of April 2, 2020, the semi-annual PO meeting scheduled for April 23, 2020 is postponed. We will notify PO’s of the new date and time of the semi-annual meeting when the Order is lifted and group gatherings are permitted.
Per the Order, all in person board meetings are now prohibited. However, community association boards may make decisions outside of a meeting, as long as that decision is unanimous and in writing.
The CLPOA Board of Trustees will therefore, continue to use email to make decisions, as long as the decision is unanimous and is relevant to basic lake operations and State Order impacts to the community. A record of all email decisions will be kept and the board will ratify the decisions at the next board meeting when the Order is lifted and group gatherings are permitted, so that the decisions are reflected in the meeting minutes.
