The beautiful leafs are falling from all our trees. Please be extra careful driving during wet conditions. Wet leafs on roadways can be just as dangerous as icy conditions.
Please take the time to slow down for you and your neighbors safety; especially during wet conditions.

¨ Did you know that a car traveling 25mph on wet roads will take at least 40 feet to come to a complete stop?1 That distance is almost doubled if traveling at 30mph. ¨ If a vehicle is traveling 30mph on icy roads, it takes over 200 feet to come to a stop, or three full semi-truck lengths.2 The speed limit on Choctaw roads is 25 mph.
Drive 25; for the good of the neighborhood.
