We are excited to be rolling out our new invoicing and payment platform to the community. We have partnered with Recur 360 to enhance our invoicing, collections, and customer payment processes. Below is a video that provides an overview of how to use the online payment option.
You must be signed up for email billing in order to utilize the online payment option. We encourage as many as possible to move to email billing and utilize the online payment feature. It’s a way for you to help with business efficiencies. Recur 360 talks directly with Quickbooks. By making your payments online, you eliminate the process of manually keying payments into Quickbooks.
Using the payment option is very easy and quick. Don’t let the length of the video convince you otherwise. The purpose of the video is to review all aspects of the online payment process.
