Attached are links to the updated Lodge and Arrowhead rental agreements.
One key change is the addition of a separate pricing structure for non-CLPOA residents.
The new agreement includes an increase in rates for renters that are not members of the association.
Rates for members of the association have not increased.
Please review the documents.
