Playground Upgrades

I am excited to brag about the hard work your maintenance crews put in this week at the east and west playgrounds.

Crews removed all the old mulch, installed new landscape fabric, and installed new mulch. The mulch that was installed is a certified playground mulch.

Please be careful when walking to the playgrounds. A few ruts were made when doing this project. We fixed the best we could, and will continue to fix as we enter the growing season.

In addition to the mulch installation, new swings were recently installed at both playgrounds. We will be ordering new slides for both parks, and a new climbing wall for the east park. These parts were identified as needing replaced during our inspection today.
