Thank You Choctaw Community

October 25, 2017

Choctaw Community,

I, I am speaking for the BOT also, want to thank you for your interest and approval of the Building, Equipment, and Grounds assessment.  I am a firm believer that having plans equate to success.   As stated in the meeting, a lot of time and effort was put into this plan.  Please know that the planning and research will not stop just because the assessment was passed.  Now is when we get really busy!!  We know that we must be responsible with the spending.   Having a forecast budget is the first step towards responsible spending.

Tuesday night, I saw a community that was working together.  Working together doesn’t always mean we agree on everything, but that we can be receptive to the other side of ideas.  There was a lot of very good points/counterpoints, and questions discussed.  To me, that’s fun and productive.

Committee members: Great job with the plans you all have been executing.  The positive items that are happening today, would not happen without past planning.  Thank you for providing thoughtful and detailed updates to the community.

I am excited to be your Property Manager.  I am pumped about the future.  Please continue with forward vision…. I think you will like that view better.

Appreciate the opportunity to serve the community,

Mike Casimir
