Hello,
CLPOA parking rule 13 D(3) states ” Where a dwelling is constructed on a lot, all motor vehicles owned by the property owner shall be parked either in the driveway or inside the garage. The grass may be used for overflow parking for guest for a limited time period”
Please note that Boats and Jet Skis are excluded from this rule. Your boat and/or Jet Ski can be parked in your lawn. A few weeks ago, I sent out communication that boats are included in this rule. I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience I caused by stating that. Note that the lawn under and around your trailer needs to be maintained per code. Again, boats and jet skis can be parked in your lawn area.
Rule 13 D(3) includes all cars, trucks, motorcycles, and RV/Campers. These vehicles are to be parked on the driveway or in the garage. There is available rental space for RV/Campers in the Old Columbus Storage area. This area is a secure location with locked gated access. Contact the office to set up a rental spot for your RV.
Please note that vehicles on blocks or broke down on driveways for a period of time fall under “eye sore violation”. Vehicles that are broke down or on blocks will need to be stored in the garage to avoid the eye sore violation.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns with this CLPOA rule.
Thanks,
Mike Casimir
