Your Labor Day Lake Water Quality Report

August 29, 2018

Choctaw Lake Water Quality

Lake water quality monitoring continues on a weekly basis and our lake is in good condition for the Labor Day weekend. Microcystin (blue-green algae) concentration was near zero in our latest analysis. Lake water temperature should be near 80 degrees the next few days and ideal for water activities.

There have been beaver sightings at the south end of the lake recently.   Sorry, can’t resist…..

What did the beaver say when she slipped in water?

Dam it.
